DUODAY 2025

We recently had the pleasure of welcoming workers with disabilities, accompanied by representatives from France Travail and CAP EMPLOI 28, organizations committed to supporting the employment of people with disabilities.

This visit had several objectives:

• Raise awareness among our employees and all businesses about the realities and skills of people with disabilities.
• Showcase the adaptability of certain workstations, demonstrating that our professional environment can be adjusted to meet specific needs.
• Highlight the economic activity in Châteaudun, giving participants a concrete overview of local opportunities for job seekers.

This exchange provided an opportunity to reinforce our commitment to inclusion and demonstrate that a workplace accessible to everyone is beneficial both for employees and the company.
